These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Wakabuy website and to every order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By using Wakabuy or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to place an order. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
You must verify your email address before you can check out.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.
2. Products and prices
We do our best to describe and show products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen.
Prices are set in US dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are converted for your convenience using exchange rates we update regularly; the amount due is the USD total confirmed at checkout.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Products are subject to availability. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel affected orders and will tell you if we do.
3. Orders
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. Your order is accepted when its status changes to Confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships - for example, if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. If you choose pay on delivery, please have the full order total ready when your order arrives. An order that can't be paid for on delivery may be returned to us and cancelled.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy explains what qualifies and how refunds work. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Promo codes
Promo codes are subject to their own conditions, such as a minimum order value or an expiry date. Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged or combined unless we say so.
8. Age-restricted products
Some products are only for adults. By viewing or buying them, you confirm that you are of legal age to do so where you live. We may ask for proof of age on delivery.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Wakabuy. This includes trying to access accounts or systems that are not yours, interfering with the website, copying content or data in bulk, placing fraudulent orders or posting anything unlawful or harmful.
10. Intellectual property
The Wakabuy name, logo, website design and content belong to Wakabuy or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to view and shop on our website for personal use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wakabuy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Wakabuy is registered. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
